摘  要:采用国产不锈钢板坯连铸机生产TS21不锈钢,板坯存在纵向凹陷以及微裂纹缺陷,在分析其产生原因的基础上,提出增大保护渣的粘度、熔点和二元碱度及优化浸入式水口尺寸及水口插入深度等改进措施,通过试验并在生产中应用,效果明显。There were longitudinal sinking and micro cracks in TS21 stainless steel slab in the procedure of continues casting by using domestic machine.Based on the analysis of the productive process,we took some measures,such as increase in viscosity of covering slag,melting point and binary basicity as well as size and inserted depth optimization in submerged nozzle,and good results through experimentation and application in industrial manufacture were obtained.
