摘  要:热轧带肋钢筋五切分技术的应用受制于生产稳定性差、质量缺陷等问题,未得到广泛应用。为解决多切分应用难点,日钢依托现有设备和工艺,针对孔型设计、导卫装置、线差、冷床收集等方面进行改进,实现了五切分批量轧制Φ12 mm带肋钢筋。在实际生产中,产量比四切分提升15%,有效降低了成本,增加了效益。Due to poor stability,defects and other related problems,five-slitting rolling technology of hot rolled ribbed bar was not been used widely.In order to solve above mentioned difficulties from the application,effective improvements such as caliber design,feeding system modification,change of line difference and cold bed collection were developed based on the existing facilities and technology for actual production in Rizhao Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Finally,the five line splitting batch rolling of Φ12 mm ribbed bar was successful.In the actual fabrication,the output is increased by 15%,the cost of production is decreased and the benefit is increased.
