2~12岁儿童中医体质测评系统的检验分析研究

摘　　要：目的:对2~12岁儿童中医体质测评系统进行内部相关性、信度及效度检验分析。方法:内部相关性分析采用Pearson相关系数检验各条目与量表的相关程度。信度分析采用Cronbach’sα检验各量表中条目的内部一致性。效度分析采用专家判断和主成分分析两种方法。专家判断是将体质测评系统的判定结果与中医儿科学专家的判定结果进行比对,检验相符率。主成分分析是通过对量表的降维分析,检验各量表是否能真实反映相应体质类型。结果:2~12岁儿童中医体质测评系统中,热滞质量表条目4和心火偏旺质量表条目1的Pearson相关系数低于0.20,异禀质量表的条目8、积滞质量表的条目5、热滞质量表的条目1、湿滞质量表的条目12以及心火偏旺质量表的条目7相关系数处于0.20~0.40之间,其余条目相关系数在0.40~0.74之间。各体质量表的Cronbach’sα系数在0.62~0.76之间,删除脾虚质量表的条目9、热滞质量表的条目4或心火偏旺质量表的条目1后,相应量表的Cronbach’sα系数有较大幅度的提高,其他条目删除后相应体质量表的Cronbach’sα系数无明显提高。专家判断与系统判定的结果相符率为88.57%。儿童体质测评系统可分为3个主成分,湿滞质、热滞质、积滞质和心火偏旺质量表的大部分条目及异禀质的大部分条目组成了第一主成分,第二主成分主要由生机旺盛质量表的条目组成,第三主成分主要由脾虚质的大部分条目组成。结论:从2~12岁儿童中医体质测评系统中剔除相关性和一致性较差的热滞质量表条目4和心火偏旺质量表条目1后,测评系统的内部相关性、信度及效度尚理想,是继续进行儿童中医体质研究的较理想工具。Objective:To inspect and analyze the internal correlation,reliability and validity of the TCM constitution evaluation system for children aged 2~12.Methods:The method of internal correlation analysis wasto use Pearson correlation coefficientto examine the extent to which each item correlated with the scales.The method of reliability analysis was to use Cronbach'sαto test the internal consistency of the items in the scales.There were two methods for validity analysis:expert judgment and principal component analysis.The expert judgment was that to compare the judgment result of the TCM constitution evaluation system with the judgment result of the TCM pediatrician expert,andcheck the coincidence rate.Principal component analysis is to test whether the scales can truly reflect the corresponding constitution types by dimensionality reduction.Results:In the TCM constitution evaluation system for children aged 2~12,the Pearson correlation coefficients of the NO.4 item in heat-excess constitution scale and the NO.1 item in heart-fire hyperactivity constitution scale were less than 0.20.The correlation coefficients of the NO.8 item inallergic constitution scale,the NO.5 item inindigestion constitution scale,the NO.1 item inheat-excess constitution scale,the NO.12 item indampness constitution scale,and the NO.7 item in heart-fire hyperactivity constitution scale were between 0.20 and 0.40,and the correlation coefficients of remaining itemswere between 0.40 and 0.74.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each scale were between 0.62 and 0.76.After deleting the NO.9 item in spleen deficiency scale,the NO.4 item in-heat-excess constitution scale or the NO.1 item in heart-fire hyperactivity constitution scale,the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the corresponding scale increased.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the corresponding scale did not increase significantly after deleting other items.The agreement between the expert judgment and the system judgment was 88.57%.The children's TCM constitution evaluation system can be divided into thre
