摘  要:目的:了解表观遗传学在中医证候本质研究中的应用情况。方法:检索摘要中包含"表观遗传"或"miRNA"或"DNA甲基化"或"组蛋白修饰",并含"证"的文献,检索数据库为中国知网(CNKI),检索时间为建库时间至2019年3月12日。采用Citespace进行作者和机构的共现分析;Notexpress导入文献题录并提取信息,再利用EXCEL 2016进行描述分析,包括各年份发表文献数量、文献类型、发表期刊、表观遗传机制内容、所涉及证候、证素及疾病名称、研究方法。结果:证候的表观遗传研究从2009年开始逐年递增,近3年发文量达到高峰;比较稳定的研究团队是王阶、苏式兵团队;发文量较多的核心机构是成都中医药大学、上海中医药大学中医复杂系统研究中心、湖南中医药大学、北京中医药大学;文献类型以期刊论文为主;发文数量最多的是中华中医药杂志;涉及的主要表观遗传机制是miRNA、DNA甲基化;研究最多的证候是血瘀证;涉及的主要疾病是冠心病和肿瘤;研究方法以临床试验为主。结论:基于表观遗传机制的证候本质研究虽然是热点问题,但仍处于探索阶段,研究结果尚无法作为精确判断证候的生物标志物。Objective: To understand the application of epigenetics in the study of the essence of TCM syndromes. Methods: Search abstract contained "epigenetic" or "microRNAs" or "DNA methylation" or "histone modification" and contained "evidence". The retrieval database was CNKI, and the retrieval time was from the time of building the database to March 12, 2019. Citespace was used for co-occurrence analysis of authors and institutions;Notexpress was used to import bibliographic titles and extract information, and then EXCEL 2016 was used for descriptive analysis, including the number of published documents, literature types, published journals, content of epigenetic mechanism, involved syndromes, symptoms and disease names, research methods.Results: Epigenetic studies of syndromes began in 2009 and increased year by year, reaching a peak in the last three years. WANG Jie and SU Shi-bing research teams were relatively stable research teams. Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine, Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine Complex System Research Center of Chinese Medicine, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were the core institutions with more papers. Literature types are mainly Journal papers. Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine has the largest number of articles. The main epigenetic mechanisms involved are microRNAs and DNA methylation. The most studied syndromes are blood stasis syndrome. The main diseases involved are coronary heart disease and cancer. The research methods are mainly clinical trials. Conclusion: Although the study on the essence of syndrome based on epigenetic mechanism is a hot topic, it is still in the exploratory stage. The research results can not be used as a biomarker to accurately judge the syndrome.
