摘　　要：从肝纤维化的中医认识、现代医学认识、病因病机等方面论述中药抗肝纤维化作用机制的研究进展,总结出中药单方(提取物)及复方制剂治疗肝纤维化的可能作用机制,为进一步研发更有效的中药治疗肝纤维化提供理论基础。中药治疗肝纤维化具有多成分、多环节、多靶点和多途径的优势;中医药治疗肝纤维化的机理包括干预多种肝纤维化相关的信号传导通路、调节肝纤维化相关致炎症因子的趋化、介导各种致纤维化介质及调节肝组织相关蛋白水平等方面;干预治疗肝纤维化的中药大多属于活血药、补虚药、清热药。The research progress of anti-hepatic fibrosis mechanism with traditional Chinese medicine was discussed from the aspects of TCM knowledge,modern medical knowledge,etiology and pathogenesis,and the possible mechanism of TCM single(extract)and compound preparations in the treatment of liver fibrosis was summarized.Studying the curative effect of Chinese medicine and basic treatment of liver fibrosis,can provide theoretical basis for further research and development of more effective Chinese medicine for hepatic fibrosis.It was found that TCM has the advantages of multi-component,multi-link,multi-target and multi-path in the treatment of liver fibrosis.The mechanism of TCM treatment of hepatic fibrosis includes intervention of various signal transduction pathways related to hepatic fibrosis,regulation of chemotaxis of inflammatory factors related to hepatic fibrosis,mediation of various fibrogenic mediators and regulation of liver tissue-related protein levels.Most of the traditional Chinese drugs used to treat hepatic fibrosis are blood-activating drugs,tonifying drugs and heat-clearing drugs.
