摘　　要：武汉雷神山医院位于江夏区强军路,救治对象为各医院发热门诊和住院确诊的新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎患者。雷神山医院要求在半个月内竣工,但此时正值春节假期,且武汉市已实施“封城”,存在产品和设备供货不足、施工人员短缺等问题。基于以上原因,雷神山医院的设计需在满足传染病医院设计基础上,给排水方案比选以及设备材料选择还需考虑市场采购、产品库存、厂商捐赠情况、施工便捷等因素,以利于施工压缩施工周期。针对雷神山医院给排水设计进行总结和反思,为新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎急救设施设计作为参考。Wuhan Leishenshan hospital is located in Qiangjun road,Jiangxia district.The ambulance patients of Leishenshan hospital will be novel coronavirus pneumonia patients diagnosed by fever clinics and hospitalized patients in other hospitals.Leishenshan hospital requires delivery within half a month.Influenced by the Spring Festival holiday,the closure of Wuhan to prevent further coronavirus spreading out,the supply of products and equipment is severely insufficient and the construction workers are greatly shorthanded.Besides the above-mentioned restrictions,the design of Leishenshan hospital needs to meet the requirements and design standards of infectious disease hospital.Additionally,many other factors need to be considered as well in the selection of the system and corresponding equipment and materials to shorten the construction period as much as possible,including the market procurement,available product inventory,donations from manufacturers,and convenience of construction.This paper summarizes the approaches and reflections in the process of the water supply and drainage design of Leishenshan hospital and provides a reference for the design of first-aid facilities for coronavirus.
