摘 要:新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)疫情防控刻不容缓。钟南山团队近日从新冠肺炎患者的粪便、尿液标本中分离出新型冠状病毒,提示存在“粪-口”“粪-呼吸”的可能性。关于随粪便进入城市污水系统的新冠病毒是否转移到污水处理厂污泥中,以及是否会带来传播及暴露风险,值得关注。为此,系统梳理了国内外有关污水处理厂污泥中病毒的赋存特性及灭活机理,以及污泥卫生化控制标准,总结了污泥处理处置过程中病毒可能的传播途径与暴露风险,及污泥处理工艺对病毒的削减作用等方面的研究成果,提出进一步加强污泥中病原体风险检测与防控技术的研究方向。Recently,the novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)outbreak by novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)in Wuhan has been paid worldwide attention.Zhong Nanshan\s team recently isolated a 2019-nCoV from feces and urine samples of COVID-19patients,suggesting potential risk of the infection through the"fecal-mouth"or"fecal-respiratory"ways.It deserves to understand whether the fecal-based 2019-nCoV was transfer to the sewage sludge in wastewater treatment plant through the drainage system,and their potential risk during sludge treatment and disposal.In this paper,the occurrence and inactivation of viruses,and the standards for sludge hygienization in sewage sludge were summarized,and then the transmission and exposure risk,and reduction of the viruses during sludge treatment and disposal were reviewed.Finally,we outline the knowledge gaps about the viruses in sludge,and suggest environmental engineers,virologists,and public health researchers work together to address the needs about the viruses in sewage sludge.
