摘 要:为了减少开关器件数量、提高效率、降低逆变器体积,本文提出了一种新型混合有源中性点箝位型七电平逆变器拓扑。该逆变器的每相桥臂由一个T字型三电平拓扑和一个有源中性点箝位型三电平拓扑两部分组成,通过与有源中性点箝位型和层叠式多单元的七电平拓扑的对比,可以发现所提出七电平拓扑具有开关器件少、损耗低和控制策略简单等优点。首先对逆变器的电流传输路径及其工作模态进行了分析,阐述了七电平空间矢量调制的基本原理,使用选择冗余矢量的方法设计了可同时控制悬浮电容电压和中性点电压的综合控制器。最后使用搭建的仿真和实验平台,在不同调制度和功率因数条件下进行了仿真和实验研究,验证了所提出拓扑和控制策略的可行性与有效性。A hybrid seven-level inverter topology is proposed in this paper.Each phase of the inverter was composed of a T type three-level cell and an active neutral-point clamp three-level cell.The operation principles and current conduction paths were analyzed in detail.Compared with the active neutral-point clamp and stacked multi cell seven-level topologies,the topology in this paper has the advantages of less switching devices,more stable performance and lower loss.Space vector pulse width modulation method was used to control floating capacitor voltage and balance neutral-point voltage by selecting redundancy vector.Simulation and experimental results under different modulation indices and power factors are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed inverter and control strategy.
