一种大电流整流器的谐波抑制方法研究

摘　　要：针对应用星形联结自耦变压器的大电流整流器,提出一种应用有源平衡电抗器(AIPR)抑制其输入电流谐波的方法。分析不使用有源平衡电抗器时的输入电流、负载电压及自耦变压器的容量;给出有源平衡电抗器副边所接辅助电路的拓扑及其控制方法;当整流器输入电流谐波得到最大抑制时,确定辅助电路输入电流的幅值、频率和相位,并计算有源平衡电抗器对负载电压、自耦变压器容量的影响。实验结果表明,使用有源平衡电抗器后,整流器的输入电流总谐波畸变率(THD)由27%降到了3. 7%,输入电流谐波得到显著抑制;辅助电路的容量仅为负载功率的5. 1%,谐波抑制代价较小;负载电压不受有源谐波抑制方法的影响,仍为6脉波;有源谐波抑制方法改变了星形联结自耦变压器的绕组电流,导致其容量由95%上升到105%。An active method using the active inter-phase reactor( AIPR) is proposed to reduce the harmonics in a star-connected autotransformer based large current rectifier. When not using the AIPR,the input current,load voltage and the kVA rating of the autotransformer were calculated. The auxiliary circuit connected with the secondary winding of the AIPR was proposed and its control block was also presented. When the harmonics of the input line currents were reduced to the most degree,the input current of the auxiliary circuit was confirmed,and effect of the AIPR on the load voltage and k VA rating of the autotransformer was also analyzed. The experimental results show the total harmonic distortion( THD) of the input line current is about 3. 7% after using the AIPR,and the k VA rating of the AIPR is about 5.1% of load power,which mean that the cost of the harmonic reduction is low;the load ripple has six pulses per power supply cycle,which is not affected by the active harmonic reduction method;the active harmonic reduction method changes the current across the winding of the star-connected auto transformer,which results in that the k VA rating of the autotransformer increases from 95% to 105%.
