摘  要:目的对某三甲综合医院不同岗位员工的院内培训需求进行调查分析。方法对该院各岗位员工开展关于培训需求的网络问卷调查。结果不同岗位员工对能力提升需求存在差异(P<0.05);对现场理论授课-小班制、团队拓展、工作坊、线上学习、一对一辅导、经验交流分享、案例分析、病例讨论等培训形式的需求存在差异(P<0.05);而对现场理论授课-大班制及其他培训形式的需求差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对26项培训课程需求存在差异(P<0.05);对培训师资需求存在差异(P<0.05);对除了周末白天和周末晚上这两个培训时间段的需求存在差异(P<0.05);对培训频率的需求也存在差异(P<0.05)。结论不同岗位的员工对院内培训各类需求有一定差异性,对培训形式、培训内容、培训师资、培训时间都有各自不同的需求,在医院人力资源管理中应以需求为导向,因岗位制宜地制定培训方案,以更好地实现培训目的。【Objective】 To investigate and analyze the training needs of employees in different posts in a calss-A grade-3 general hospital. 【Methods】 All employees from diffrernt posts in a calss-A grade-3 general hospital were recruited and investigated by online questionnaires. 【Results】 There were significant differences in the demands of ability promotion among employees in different posts(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the demands of training forms among employees in different posts, such as on-site theoretical instruction―small class, team building, workshop, one-on-one tutoring, experience sharing, case analysis, and case discussion(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the demands of on-site theoretical instruction―large class and other training forms(P>0.05). There were significant differences in the demands of 26 training courses among employees in different posts(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the demands of training teachers among employees in different posts(P<0.05). There were also significant differences in the demands of training times excluding the daytime and evening on weekends and training frequency(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Employees in different posts have different needs on training times, training forms, training courses and training teachers. In the human resource management of the hospital, managers should always adhere to the demand-oriented strategy to make post-based training programme, for achieving training objectives.
