喉罩全身麻醉应用于老年患者脑动脉瘤介入栓塞术中效果分析

摘　　要：目的针对接受介入栓塞术治疗的老年脑动脉瘤患者麻醉方式的选择,研究应用喉罩全身麻醉的效果。方法选择该院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的44例老年脑动脉瘤患者进行分析,将所选患者随机均匀分成对照组与研究组,对照组患者接受气管插管全身麻醉(全麻),研究组患者则接受喉罩全身麻醉,观察两组患者不同时间点的心率指标以及出现的不良反应情况。结果两组患者诱导前临床指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但其他时间点心率指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组患者不良反应的发生情况远少于对照组,相关数据分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年脑动脉瘤患者的麻醉,让其接受喉罩全身麻醉的效果更好,该麻醉方式值得推广。【Objective】To study the effect of laryngeal mask general anesthesia for elderly patients with cerebral aneurysm treated by interventional embolization.【Methods】Forty-four elderly patients with cerebral aneurysms admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected for analysis. The selected patients were randomly and evenly divided into control group and study group. The control group received general anesthesia with tracheal intubation, while the study group received general anesthesia with laryngeal mask. Heart rate index and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups at different time points were observed.【Results】There was no difference in clinical indexes between the two groups before induction(P>0.05), but there was significant difference in heart rate indexes at other time points(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was much less than that in the control group, and there was a difference after the relevant data analysis(P<0.05).【Conclusion】For elderly patients with cerebral aneurysms, the effect of general anesthesia with laryngeal mask is better. This anesthesia method is worth promoting.
