环己酮废碱焚烧熔融物湿法与干法回收工艺比较分析

摘　　要：对环己酮皂化废碱液焚烧熔融物回收工艺技术进行了介绍,并分析了各工艺的优缺点。环己酮皂化废碱液焚烧熔融物回收工艺有湿法回收工艺和干法回收工艺,其中干法回收工艺有滚筒式干法回收工艺、转盘式干法回收工艺和双轴冷却器式干法回收工艺等。湿法回收工艺的缺点是饱和碳酸钠水溶液腐蚀地面,影响地下水的pH值;滚筒式干法回收工艺避免了湿法回收工艺的缺点,且碳酸钠的回收率较湿法回收工艺的高,但设备运行周期为2~3月;转盘式干法回收工艺冷却效果不是很理想,转盘容易发生故障,影响运行周期;双轴冷却器式干法回收工艺的优点是占地面积小、设备运行周期长、能耗小。双轴冷却器式干法回收工艺比湿法回收工艺设备稳定性更好,更环保、经济,对于100kt/a环己酮装置,每年可增加效益59.98万元。The recovery technologies of molten material from cyclohexanone waste saponification lye incineration was introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. The recovery technologies of molten material from cyclohexanone waste saponification lye incineration include wet recovery process and dry recovery process. The dry recovery process includes drum-type dry recovery process, rotating disc-type dry recovery process and double-shaft cooler-type dry recovery process.The disadvantage of wet recovery process is that saturated sodium carbonate solution corrodes the ground and affects the pH value of groundwater.The drum-type dry recovery process avoids the disadvantages of the wet recovery process and provides the higher recovery rate of sodium carbonate, but the equipment operation period is reduced to 2-3 months. The rotating disc-type dry recovery process does not offer a satisfying cooling effect because the rotating disc is prone to failure and destroys the operation cycle. The double-shaft cooler-type dry recovery process has the advantages of small occupation area, long equipment operation period and low energy consumption. The double-shaft cooler-type dry recovery process is more stable, environmentally friendly and economical than the wet recovery process and gurantees an annual benefit growth of 599.8 thousand RMB yuan for a 100 kt/a cyclohexanone plant.
