摘　　要：目的分析手术压疮防护记录单对脊柱手术病人术中压疮的预防作用。方法选择80例拟行脊柱手术的病人,随机分为对照组与实验组各40例,对照组应用常规手术室护理,实验组应用手术压疮防护记录单进行护理,观察两组病人术中压疮发生率、护理质量及病人护理满意度情况差异。结果实验组皮肤压红及压疮发生率显著低于对照组(5%vs. 25%, 7.5%vs. 27.5%, P<0.05);实验组护理质量与护理满意度评分均高于对照组[(95.73±3.78)分vs.(92.86±3.14)分,(91.63±6.84)分vs.(86.82±5.93)分, P<0.05]。结论手术压疮防护记录单在脊柱手术中能够有效预防病人术中压疮的发生,有利于提高护理质量与病人护理满意度。Objective To analyze the preventive effects of surgical pressure ulcers protection records on intraoperative pressure ulcers in patients undergoing spinal surgery. Methods 80 patients who were scheduled to undergo spinal surgery were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given routine operating room nursing, and experimental group was given surgical pressure ulcers protection records. The incidence rate of skin redness and pressure ulcers, nursing quality and patients’ nursing satisfaction was observed in the two groups. Results The incidence rates of skin redness and pressure ulcers in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(5% vs. 25%, 7.5% vs. 27.5%, P<0.05). the nursing quality score and patients’ satisfaction score in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group [(95.73±3.78)vs.(92.86±3.14),(91.63±6.84) vs.(86.82±5.93), P<0.05]. Conclusion Surgical pressure ulcers protection records can effectively prevent the occurrence of intraoperative pressure ulcers in spinal surgery, and it is beneficial to improve the nursing quality and patients’ nursing satisfaction.
