农民专业合作社社员业务参与行为及其影响因素分析——基于昌吉州的调研

摘　　要：作为小农户与现代农业有机衔接的重要载体,农民专业合作社的发展壮大对于促进中国农业农村现代化和实现乡村振兴具有深刻意义。基于新疆昌吉州170位社员的实地调研,运用多元回归模型对合作社社员业务参与行为的影响因素进行实证分析,揭示了社员合作认知、服务与收益评价、信任评价、合作社制度因素、社员个人特征及组织角色等5类因素不同程度的影响;阐明了社员年龄相对越大、受教育程度越高、对合作社民主管理制度越了解、对技术培训服务越满意、对经营管理人员越信任以及合作社制度越规范,则社员业务参与行为越积极。最后,从政府、合作社和农户3个层面提出了提高社员业务参与行为积极性和促进合作社持续健康发展的对策建议。As an important carrier of organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,the development and growth of farmer specialized cooperatives is of profound significance to the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and the realization of rural revitalization in China.Based on the field research of 170 members in Changji prefecture,Xinjiang province,this study used multiple regression model to carry out empirical analysis on the influencing factors of cooperative members'business participation behavior,and revealed that five types of factors including members'cooperative cognition,service and benefit evaluation,trust evaluation,cooperative system factor,members'individual characteristics and organizational role,had different effects on members'business participation behavior,and expounded that cooperation members with relatively elder age,higher education,better understanding of cooperative democratic management system,more satisfied with the technical training service,more trust in management,and cooperatives with more standardized the cooperative system,cooperation members were more active in business participation.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from government,cooperatives and farmers to improve the enthusiasm of members'business participation and promote the sustainable and healthy development of cooperatives.
