北京市农业龙头企业与农户利益联结模式分析

摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略背景下,提高农业龙头企业与农户的利益联结机制紧密度有利于提高农户收入、促进农村农业发展、缩小城乡差距。对北京市农业龙头企业与农户的利益联结机制发展现状进行分析,针对当前北京市农企利益联结机制中存在的主体地位不平等,中介组织职能作用较差,机制不健全、约束力不强等主要问题,从提高农户市场主体地位,充分发挥农业合作组织的中介平台作用,完善利益联结机制、增强约束力等3个方面提出了优化现有模式的对策建议。Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,to improve the tightness of the interest connection between leading agricultural enterprises and farmers was conducive to improving the income of farmers,promoting the development of rural area and agriculture and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas.The status quo of the interest connection mechanism between leading agricultural enterprises and farmers in Beijing was analyzed.In view of the main problems existing in the current interest connection mechanism between agricultural enterprises and famers in Beijing,such as the unequal status of the main body,the poor function of intermediary organizations,the imperfect mechanism and the weak binding force and so on,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to optimize the existing model from three aspects of improving the main position of farmers'market,giving full play to the role of intermediary platform of agricultural cooperation organizations,improving the mechanism of interest connection and enhancing the binding force and so on.
