摘　　要：内燃叉在高温,恶劣的条件下运行,并且发动机过热(散热器称为"开罐器")。此时,水温超过95度,冷却水逐渐沸腾,并且从水蒸气箱中喷出白色蒸汽,发动机噪音异常,爆震,变形,松动,冒黑烟等。散热器的"开锅"将会给发动。本文将对内燃叉车散热器出现"开锅"的原因进行简要阐述,并以为基础提出相应的解决措施,以期能够为业内人士提供理论参考。The internal combustion fork operates under high temperature and severe conditions, and the engine is overheated(the radiator is called "can opener"). At this time, the water temperature exceeded 95 degrees, the cooling water gradually boiled, and white steam was ejected from the water vapor tank. The engine noise was abnormal, knocking, deformation, loosening, black smoke, etc. The "open pan" of the radiator will be activated. This article will briefly explain the reasons why the internal combustion forklift radiator "opens the pot", and propose corresponding solutions based on it, in order to provide theoretical references for the industry.
