摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议在充分汲取古代丝绸之路有益经验和智慧的基础上,融入了符合现代社会发展的时代价值和目标追求,始终坚持共商共建共享的基本原则,具有利益共生、文化共鸣、合作共识、权责共担和互惠共赢的总体特征,不仅推动了中国经济发展方式的转型,而且激发了沿线国家和部分域外国家参与建设的积极性和主动性,对推动构建人类命运共同体产生了深远影响。“一带一路”倡议立足本国而又面向世界,务实中有超越,体现了追求和平与发展、实现合作与共赢的中国智慧。On the basis of drawing from the beneficial experience and the crystallization of wisdom on the ancient Silk Road,“the Belt and Road”Initiative has integrated the value of the times and the goal pursuit in conformity to the modern social development.It has always adhered to the basic principles of extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits,with the general characteristics of symbiotic benefit,cultural resonance,consensus on cooperation,shared rights and responsibilities,mutual benefit and win-win,not only having promoted the transformation of China’s economic development mode,but also having inspired the enthusiasm and initiative for some other foreign countries along the Silk Road to participate in the construction,and having produced a far-reaching effect on promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.“The Belt and Road”Initiative is based on China and also open to the world with practicality and transcendence,giving full expression to the Chinese wisdom in pursuing peace and development and achieving win-win cooperation.
