初中生排球对墙垫球技术的提高路径与意义

摘　　要：中考改革之后国家明确规定了体育考试成绩列入中考总成绩之中,体育一度成为了初中生中考的新的补习方向。文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,以中考体育考试项目中的运动技能选考项目之一的排球对墙垫球技术为例,解析该项目的技术动作,并从教师、学生层面探究初中生排球垫球技术在日常体育课程中的提高路径。该技术的提高离不开教师丰富的理论与技能指导、学生自身的自主锻炼意识,教师在进行教学的同时还需要引导学生认识该项技术对学生的意义所在。After the reform of the high school entrance examination,the country has clearly stipulated that the physical education examination results are included in the total score of the high school entrance examination.This paper adopts the method of literature and logic analysis to analyze the technical action of volleyball against the wall,which is one of the sports skill selection items in the middle school physical education examination,and explores the improvement path of junior high school students'volleyball against the wall from the perspective of teachers and students.The improvement of this technology is inseparable from teachers'guidance of rich theories and skills,and students'consciousness of self-exercise.Teachers need to guide students to understand the significance of this technology to students while teaching.
