摘　　要：目的对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者专门收治医院职工职业暴露情况进行回顾性分析,为制定有针对性的防范策略提供依据。方法对2020年1月26日至2020年2月20日协和武汉红十字会医院新型冠状病毒肺炎病区医务人员的职业暴露发生情况进行回顾性分析。对暴露人员的个人情况、暴露部位、暴露原因进行分类统计。结果2020年1月26日至2020年2月20日该院共有上班人员301人,职业暴露9人次,暴露发生率为2.99%,其中锐器伤7人次(男性4人次,女性3人次);面屏掉落2人次(皆为男性)。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,职业暴露发生率较高,最常见的职业暴露为锐器伤,可能与穿戴手套层数不当及情绪紧张有关;新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间医务人员应提高职业防护意识,但更应避免过度防护,正确规范穿戴防护用品,调整心态,这对于降低职业暴露风险具有十分重要的意义。Objective To retrospectively analyze the occupational exposure of the medical staff in the designated hospital of treating COVID-19 patients and provide basis for the formulation of the targeted prevention strategies.Methods The occupational exposure of the medical staff working in Union Wuhan Red Cross Hospital from January 26,2020 to February 20,2020 was retrospectively analyzed to summarize and classify their individual conditions,exposed parts and reasons of exposure among the exposed staff.Results A total of 301 medical staff were working in the hospital from January 26,2020 to February 20,2020,and there were a total of 9 times of occupational exposure with the exposure rate of 2.99%including 7 times of sharp injury in 4 males and 3 females and 2 times of the face shield drop in 2 males.Conclusion During the pandemic period of COVID-19,the incidence of occupational exposure is relatively high with the sharp injury as the most common occupational exposure which may result from the improper layers of wearing gloves and the emotional stress.The medical staff should enhance their own awareness of occupational protection during the pandemic period of COVID-19 and it is more important to avoid overprotection.Wearing the protective equipment properly and adjusting the mentality are of great significance to reduce the risk of occupational exposure.
