摘　　要：目的探讨医护患协同合作模式对原发性高血压患者服药依从性和血压控制的影响。方法选取2018年1—9月在四川省第四人民医院住院的280例高血压患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗护理措施,观察组采用医护患协同合作模式进行管理。比较两组患者干预6个月后服药依从性和血压控制情况。结果观察组服药依从性、血压控制效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护患协同合作模式可明显改善原发性高血压患者的服药依从性,有效控制血压,提高患者生存质量,促进社会和谐,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of the cooperation mode of medical staff and patients on the medication compliance and blood pressure control in patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 280 patients with hypertension admitted in Sichuan Provincial Fourth People’s Hospital from January to September of 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table.The control group was treated with the conventional treatment and nursing measures while the observation group was managed with the cooperation mode of medical staff and patients.The two groups were compared 6 months after intervention in the medication compliance and blood pressure control.Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the medication compliance and blood pressure control with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The cooperation mode of medical staff and patients can significantly improve the medication compliance,effectively control blood pressure and ameliorate the quality of life in of patients with essential hypertension,and it can also promote the social harmony.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
