摘 要:临兴区块上古生界地层属典型的致密砂岩气藏,生产过程中气井普遍产水,目前大部分井受积液影响,间开维持生产。为减小积液影响,保障气井正常生产,本文通过泡排药剂评价实验、措施动态跟踪,分析泡排药剂、注剂浓度、注剂量和注剂周期,并开展了5口井泡沫排水采气工艺试验,结合试验效果评价适合于本区的技术界限。结果认为ZX型起泡剂配伍性良好,初始泡高105 mm,携液量130 mL,适合于临兴区块的排水采气;药剂注入浓度为0.3%,注入周期、注入量需根据措施后油套压差、液面变化及产水量及时调整;泡沫排水采气平均单井日产气增加0.39×10^4 m^3/d,可作为本区常规排液措施;措施前产气量、百米液柱压力梯度、油套压差为影响增产气量的关键因素,其适用界限分别为措施前产气量大于0.2×10^4 m^3/d、油套压差大于2 MPa、百米液柱压力小于0.7 MPa/100 m。The Upper Paleozoic strata in Linxing block are typical tight sandstone gas reservoirs.Water production is common in gas wells during production process.At present,most wells are affected by fluid accumulation,and production is maintained intermittently.In order to reduce the influence of effusion and ensure the normal production of gas wells,this paper analyzes the foaming agent,the concentration of injecting agents,the dosage and the cycle of injecting agents through the evaluation experiments and the dynamic tracking of the measures,and has carried out 5 well foam drainage and gas production process test,and combined with the test results,the evaluation is suitable for the technical limits of this area.The results show that the ZX type has good compatibility,initial bubble height 105 mm and liquid carrying capacity of 130 mL,which is suitable for drainage and gas recovery in Linxing block.The injection concentration is 0.3%,the injection cycle and injection volume need to be adjusted according to the dynamic of the measures and adjusted according to the oil sleeve pressure difference,liquid level change and water production.Increasing daily gas production by 0.35×10^4 m^3/d can be used as a routine drainage measure in this area.Gas production before the measure,pressure gradient of 100-meter liquid column and pressure difference of oil jacket are the key factors affecting gas production.The applicable limits are as follows:gas production before the measure is greater than 0.2×10^4 m^3/d,pressure difference of oil jacket is greater than 2 MPa,pressure difference of 100-meter liquid column is less than 0.7 MPa/100 m.
