摘 要:采用理论分析、数值仿真和实验研究的方法,研究了不同泵浦条件下的红外上转换成像技术。介绍了基于非线性频率上转换的红外成像技术基本原理,使用数值仿真软件,建立了相应模型,分析了频率上转换效率,并基于模拟结果,分别对不同泵浦条件下的红外上转换成像技术进行了实验研究。利用脉冲泵浦光实现了红外上转换成像,得到了中红外信号图像的成像信息和分辨率,为进一步提高频率上转换效率,使用连续泵浦光进行实验,实现了低功率输入条件下中红外图像信息的上转换成像,并对不同泵浦功率条件下的非线性频率上转换成像信息进行了分析。Using the methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental research,the infrared up-conversion imaging technology under different pumping conditions is studied.The basic principle of infrared imaging technology based on nonlinear frequency up-conversion is introduced.The corresponding model is established using numerical simulation software.The frequency up-conversion efficiency is analyzed.Based on the simulation results,the infrared up-conversion imaging technology under different pumping conditions is separately studied experimentally.Pulsed pumping light is used to achieve infrared up-conversion imaging,and the imaging information and resolution of the mid-infrared signal image are obtained.In order to further improve the frequency up-conversion efficiency,experiments are performed using continuous pumping light to achieve the up-conversion imaging of mid-infrared image information under low power input conditions.The nonlinear frequency up-conversion imaging information is analyzed under different pumping power conditions.
