摘　　要：胶东海草房是山东省胶东沿海地区特有的乡土民居类型,现仅威海荣成市有较为集中的海草房遗存。本文结合设计竞赛获奖作品,对胶东海草房村落的保护更新规划设计进行了探讨。规划方案以村民安居乐业、实现传统村落永续保护与合理利用为出发点,借鉴《巴拉宪章》等遗产保护宪章原则,通过场所的营造与复兴、微更新、盒子策略,打造宜居、宜业、宜游、生态的胶东海草人家。Seaweed-thatched houses are a unique type of vernacular houses in the coastal area of Jiaodong Peninsula,Shandong Province.At present,it is only in Rongcheng of Weihai that the relatively concentrated seaweed-thatched houses can be found.This article explores the conservation renewal planning and design of villages of seaweedthatched houses in Jiaodong based on an awarding-winning work on such village in a design competition.The plan aims at sustainable conservation and rational utilization of traditional villages of seaweed-thatched houses by drawing on the international principles of the heritage conservation such as The Burra Charter.It proposes building seaweedthatched houses suitable for living,work,tourism,and ecological health with by the construction and revival of specific places,micro-update,and the box-strategies.
