摘 要:目的探讨磁共振泌尿系水成像(MRU)在梗阻性尿路疾病诊断中的应用价值及肾盂造影(IVP)的效果。方法选取2012年12月至2014年10月于本院诊治的梗阻性尿路疾病患者138例,均行MRU检查和IVP检查。结果 MRU输尿管结石检出率(98.04%)、肾盂-输尿管移行部狭窄检出率(92.31%)、输尿管肿瘤检出率(96.77%)、输尿管炎性病变检出率(96.15%)、输尿管外源性压迫或侵犯检出率(94.12%)、疾病检出准确性(96.38%)、定位诊断准确性(95.65%)、定性诊断准确性(92.03%)均高于IVP检查(80.39%、30.77%、70.97%、50.00%、29.41%、61.59%、60.14%、53.62%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRU是梗阻性尿路疾病的有效检查方法,其诊断价值明显高于IVP。Objective To investigate application value of MRU in the diagnosis of obstructive urinary tract disease and its comparative effect with IVP.Methods 138 patients with obstructive urinary tract disease were selected in our hospital from December 2012 to October 2014 who treated MRU examination and IVP examination. Results Detection rate of ureteral calculi(98.04%), detection rate of pelvis-ureter transitional stenosis(92.31%), detection rate of ureteral tumor(96.77%), detection rate of ureteral inflammatory lesions(96.15%), detection rate of ureteral extrinsic compression or invasion(94.12%),disease detection accuracy(96.38%), positioning diagnosis accuracy(95.65%), qualitative diagnosis accuracy(92.03%) in MRU examination were higher than IVP examination(80.39%, 30.77%, 70.97%, 50.00%, 29.41%, 61.59%, 60.14%, 53.62%), the differences was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion MRU is an effective method in the diagnosis of obstructive urinary tract disease, while its diagnostic value is significantly higher than IVP.
