原发性高血压以全科医学模式治疗的价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压在社区以全科模式治疗的价值。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月本院收治的80例高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予门诊随机治疗,研究组采用全科医学模式治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组血压水平比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,两组患者血压水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组患者血压水平优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者血压控制率、服药依从性以及高血压防控知识知晓率比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组患者血压控制率、服药依从性以及高血压防控知识知晓率均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全科医学模式用于原发性高血压患者的治疗中,能够维持血压稳定,提高血压的控制率和对高血压防控知识的知晓率和治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the value of general hypertension in the treatment of essential hypertension in the community. Methods 80 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given random outpatient treatment, and the study group was treated with a general medical model. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure levels between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the blood pressure levels of the two groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05), and the blood pressure levels of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in blood pressure control rate, medication compliance, and knowledge of hypertension prevention and control between the two groups. After treatment, the blood pressure control rate, medication compliance, and knowledge of hypertension prevention and control were significant in both groups.It was higher than before treatment(P<0.05), and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The general practice model can be used in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension, which can maintain blood pressure stability, improve the control rate of blood pressure, the awareness rate of knowledge about hypertension prevention and control, and compliance with treatment, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
