摘  要:目的:系统评价多孔钽棒与单纯髓芯减压应用于保髋手术的有效性。方法:检索国内外数据库,搜集所有保髋手术中使用多孔钽棒或单纯髓芯减压的临床研究。采用Revman进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入8项队列研究,共计366髋。多孔钽棒组在Harris评分和术后VAS评分方面比单纯髓芯减压组具有更优表现,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在保髋手术中应用多孔钽棒支撑可有利于关节功能恢复,并可改善关节疼痛。Objective:To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of porous tantalum rods and pure core decompression in hip-sparing surgery.Methods:Databases at home and abroad were searched,and all clinical studies using porous tantalum rods or pure core decompression in hip-sparing surgery were collected.Revman was used for meta-analysis.Results:Eight cohort studies were finally included,totaling 366 hips.The porous tantalum rod group had better performance in Harris score and postoperative VAS score than the pure core decompression group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of porous tantalum rod support in hip-sparing surgery can be beneficial to joint function recovery and joint pain.
