摘  要:目的:探讨并分析跟骨骨折应用X射线平片与多排螺旋CT进行诊断的临床价值。方法:选择2017年5月~2018年5月在本院就诊的跟骨骨折患者80例作为本研究的回顾性分析样本,80例患者均通过X射线平片与多排螺旋CT进行辅助检查,对比分析两种辅助检查的诊断结果。结果:80例患者最终结合临床与辅助检查后确诊:跟骨中距下关节骨折32例(40%);跟骨外侧距下关节面塌陷骨折28例(35%);跟骨全距下关节面塌陷骨折20例(25%)。X射线平片与多排螺旋CT的诊断准确率分别83.75%(67/80)、100%(80/80),多排螺旋CT的诊断准确率显著高于X射线平片,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:X射线平片与多排螺旋CT诊断跟骨骨折对比研究显示,多排螺旋CT的诊断准确率更高,具有重要的临床价值。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical value of X-ray plain film and multi-row spiral CT in the diagnosis of calcaneal fractures.Methods:Eighty patients with calcaneus fractures in our hospital were selected as the retrospective analysis samples of this study.All 80 patients were examined by X-ray plain film and multi-row spiral CT,and the diagnosis results of the two kinds of auxiliary examinations were compared and analyzed.Results:80 patients were finally diagnosed after combining clinical and auxiliary examinations:32 cases(40%)of fractures of the subtalar joint of the calcaneus;28 cases(35%)of collapsed fractures of the lateral subtalar joint of the calcaneus;the total subtalar joint of the calcaneus There were 20 cases(25%)of face collapse fractures.The diagnostic accuracy rates of X-ray plain film and multi-row spiral CT are 83.75%(67/80)and 100%(80/80),respectively.The diagnostic accuracy of multi-row spiral CT is significantly higher than that of X-ray plain film,the difference is statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comparative study of X-ray plain film and multi-row spiral CT in the diagnosis of calcaneal fractures shows that the diagnostic accuracy of multi-row spiral CT has important clinical value.
