结肠镜高频电凝电切术治疗结肠息肉的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价结肠镜高频电凝电切手术方案对结肠息肉进行治疗的效果。方法:选择2017年1月~2019年1月来本院进行结肠息肉治疗的49例患者作为观察组,对所有患者均选择采用结肠镜高频电凝电切手术方案进行治疗,选择同期来本院进行治疗的另外49例结肠息肉患者作为对照组,治疗时通过内镜下黏膜剥除术(EMR)进行治疗,评价并比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果:观察组治疗优良48例,治疗优良率为97.96%,对照组治疗优良47例,治疗优良率为95.92%,P>0.05,无差异;观察组不良反应2例,不良反应发生率为4.08%,对照组出现不良反应8例,发生率为16.33%,P<0.05;比较两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间和住院时间,本文观察组都明显比对照组更短,P<0.05,存在统计学差异性。结论:对结肠息肉患者在治疗的过程中,通过结肠镜高频电凝电切手术方案进行治疗能够在保证治疗效果的基础之上降低不良反应对患者的影响,同时能够优化各项手术指标。Objective:To evaluate the effect of colonoscopy high-frequency electrocoagulation and electrosurgical treatment on colonic polyps.Methods:Forty-nine patients who came to our hospital for colon polyp treatment from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the observation group of this article.Another 49 patients with colon polyps treated in our hospital were used as the control group of this article.They were treated by endoscopic mucosal exfoliation(EMR)during the treatment,and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared.Results:There were 48 cases of excellent treatment in the observation group,the rate of excellent treatment was 97.96%,47 cases of excellent treatment in the control group,the rate of excellent treatment was 95.92%,P>0.05,no difference;2 cases of adverse reactions in the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.08%8 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the control group,the incidence rate was 16.33%,P<0.05;comparing the intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospitalization time of the two groups of patients,the observation group in this article was significantly shorter than the control group,P<0.05,There are statistical differences.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with colonic polyps,treatment with colonoscopy high-frequency electrocoagulation and electrosurgical treatment can reduce the impact of adverse reactions on patients based on ensuring the treatment effect,and can optimize various surgical indicators.
