摘  要:目的:探究分析VITEK 2Compact微生物分析仪法在细菌耐药表型检测中的应用价值。方法:研究时间为2018年1月~2019年4月,随机选择本院细菌室分离保存的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌,各选取70株,对各类菌株耐药表型进行检测,分别采取常规纸片扩散法、VITEK 2Compact微生物分析仪法,对检测结果进行分析,评估VITEK 2Compact微生物分析仪法应用价值。结果:VITEK 2Compact微生物分析仪法ESBLs阳性率、MRSA阳性率、克林霉素诱导试验阳性率分别为74.29%、51.42%、48.57%,与常规纸片扩散法72.86%、50.00%、48.57%相比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,但两种方式在ESBLs检测和NRSA检测结果方面稍有差异。结论:在致病菌耐药表型检测过程中,VITEK 2Compact微生物分析仪法检测准确性、特异度、灵敏度较为理想。Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of VITEK 2Compact microbial analyzer method in the detection of bacterial phenotype.Methods:The research period was determined from January 2018 to April 2019.Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Klebsiella pneumoniae were randomly selected from the hospital’s bacteria room,and 70 strains were selected each,which were resistant to various strains.For phenotypic testing,the conventional paper diffusion method and VITEK 2Compact microbiological analyzer method were used to analyze the test results to evaluate the application value of VITEK 2Compact microbiological analyzer method.Results:The positive rate of ESBLs,MRSA,and clindamycin induction test were 74.29%,51.42%,and 48.57%by the VITEK 2Compact microbiological analyzer method,which were in line with the conventional paper diffusion methods 72.86%,50.00%,and 48.57%The difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05,but the two methods were slightly different in ESBLs and NRSA results.Conclusion:The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of VITEK 2Compact Microbial Analyzer in the detection of pathogen-resistant phenotypes are ideal.
