Objective:To analyze the effect of superficial venous indwelling needles in emergency treatment of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods:Patients with gynecological and obstetric diseases who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group of 54 patients were treated with scalp needles for infusion.Fifty-four patients in the test group were treated with superficial venous indwelling needles for infusion treatment. The success rate of one puncture and the extravasation of fluid in the two groups were observed. Results:The success rate of one puncture in the test group was 90.74%(49/54),which was significantly higher than the 75.93%(41/54)in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of fluid extravasation was 9.26%(5/54),which was significantly lower than 25.93%(14/54)of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients in obstetrics and gynecology, the use of superficial vein indwelling needles can effectively improve the success rate of one puncture, reduce the incidence of fluid extravasation, and help improve the rescue effect of the disease.
