摘 要:在开展装配式建造管理质量控制工作的过程中,要想最大限度的保证质量,BIM思想和激光扫描技术的应用必不可少。本文首先对装配式建造管理与质量控制工作的主要内容进行了研究,其次研究了在相关工作的开展过程中BIM思想和激光扫描技术应用的现实价值,最后从装配式建造管理工作的开展与质量控制工作的开展两个角度出发分别研究了BIM思想和激光扫描技术的应用策略。在此基础上,希望能够最大限度地发挥BIM和激光扫描的积极价值。In the process of quality control of assembly construction management,the application of BIM and laser scanning technology is necessary to ensure the quality to the maximum extent.In this paper,the main contents of as sembly construction management and quality control were studied firstly,then the BIM idea and the practical value of laser scanning technology in the process of related work were studied.Finally,the BIM idea and the application strat egy of laser scanning technology were studied from the two aspects of the development of assembly construction man agement and quality control.On this basis,we hope to maximize the positive value of BIM and laser scanning.
