摘　　要：目的访谈新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者的心理体验,了解在突发疫情中患者的心理状态,为患者进行心理疏导提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法,选取在院治疗的10名新型冠状病毒肺炎患者进行深度访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎患者心理体验共提炼3个主题:自责与害怕,担心家人状况,害怕被别人指责;心理状态波动较大;感激医务人员及社会支持。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者的心理较为脆弱,心理压力大,护理人员应密切动态关注患者的心理变化、及时给与心理疏导,促进患者的心理健康。Objective To interview novel coronavirus pneumonia patients’ psychological experience and understand the psychological state of patients in the outbreak,so as to provide evidence for psychological counseling. Methods Ten patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia were selected for in-depth interview by objective sampling method. The data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven step analysis. Results The novel coronavirus pneumonia patients’ psychological experience altogether extracted 3 themes:self blame and fear,worry about family status,fear of being accused of others;mental state fluctuation;gratitude for medical staff and social support. Conclusion The patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia are mentally weak and have high psychological pressure. Nurses should pay close attention to the psychological changes of patients and give timely psychological counseling so as to promote their mental health.
