山莨菪碱在腹膜透析治疗中的应用

摘  要:目的观察山莨菪碱注射液对腹膜透析(peritoneal dialysis,PD)患者腹膜转运功能的影响。方法选择22例我院腹膜透析住院患者,给予山莨菪碱注射液10 mg/d,静脉滴注1周。采用腹膜平衡试验(peritoneal equilibration test,PET)评估患者的腹膜转运功能。用自身前后对照研究方法,观察患者山莨菪碱注射液治疗前后腹膜转运功能的变化。结果患者腹膜转运功能(PET)绝大多数有明显提升,有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。同时,观察到有9例腹膜透析患者经山莨菪碱注射液治疗后血磷下降,2.32±0.246 mmol/L vs 1.95±0.185 mmol/L,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。而血白蛋白下降不明显,无统计学意义。结论山莨菪碱注射液经济、实用,在提高患者腹膜透析转运功能、降低血磷方面有很好的应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of anisodamine Injection on peritoneal transport function of patients with peritoneal dialysis( PD). Methods A total of 22 inpatients with peritoneal dialysis in our hospital were selected and given anisodamine injection 10 mg/d,intravenously for one week. Afterwards,a peritoneal balance test( PET) was used to evaluate patients’ peritoneal transport function. By comparing the PET values before and after anisodamine injection,we can assess the changes of peritoneal transport function of patients. Results Most patients have significantly improved their peritoneal transport function,P<0.01,with significant difference between before and after. Furthermore,decreased blood phosphorus after anisodamine injection treatment was observed among nine patients(2.32±0.246 mmol/L vs 1.95±0.185 mmol/L),P<0.05,with significant difference.However,no significant decrease in albumin was detected. Conclusion Anisodamine injection is economical,practical and of potential application value in improving transport function and reducing blood phosphorus of patients.
