集束化护理在血液透析中心静脉导管中应用的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究集束化护理在血液透析中心静脉导管中应用的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月-2019年11月在我院进行血液透析的患者60例,通过随机法分为对照组和观察组。对照组30例,采用常规护理;观察组30例,在对照组护理基础上联用集束化护理。对比两组患者护理满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的护理满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),并发症发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(40.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理能够有效护理血液透析中心静脉导管患者,提高患者护理满意度,降低中心静脉导管并发症发生率,效果明显。Objective To explore the clinical effect of cluster nursing in the application of venous catheters in hemodialysis centers.Methods Sixty patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital from June 2019 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. Thirty patients in the control group received routine nursing care;30 patients in the observation group received bundled nursing based on the nursing care of the control group. The two groups of patients were compared for their satisfaction with nursing and the occurrence of complications. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.67%) was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the incidence of complications(10.00%) was lower than that of the control group(40.00%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Cluster nursing can effectively treat patients with central venous catheters during hemodialysis,improve patient care satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications of central venous catheters. The effect is obvious.
