Objective To analyze the significance of X-ray,CT and MRI diagnosis of complications after hip replacement. Methods Seventy-two patients with complications after hip replacement who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the analysis objects. They were examined by X-ray,CT and MRI,respectively. MRI and MRI were used to examine the diagnosis of complications in 72 patients. Results The highest incidence of aseptic loosening in 72 patients was 45.83%. The diagnosis rate of infection after MRI diagnosis was significantly higher than the diagnosis rate of infection by X-ray and CT diagnosis. The difference in data was statistically significant( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the diagnosis rate of infection after X-ray and CT examination( P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the diagnosis rate of X-ray,CT,MRI in aseptic loosening and osteolysis( P>0.05).Conclusion X-ray,CT and MRI diagnosis of hip joint replacement complications have certain diagnostic value, but the accuracy of MRI diagnosis is higher in the diagnosis of postoperative infection.
