摘　　要：赤丸方出自《金匮要略·腹满寒疝宿食病脉证治》,原文症状描述唯"寒气厥逆者"五字而已;药物或五味或六味或七味不一;"一方用桂"说明出注者参考别本;"《千金》作人参"说明孙思邈另据他本;方后"真朱"不知何物?《备急千金要方》"更有射罔……"的射罔是什么?本文基于以上之种种疑问,以《金匮要略校注》为线索,比对各版本记载的优劣,考证赤丸方药物组成,明确真朱的药物本原,探求现已淡出医家视野的射罔,追问赤丸方与神丹的可能性关系,为赤丸方的安全应用提供文献上的支持。Red pills prescription from the"Golden Chamber, the belly of the cold hernia disease vein syndrome", the original symptom description is only"cold and reverse"five words, drugs or schisandra or six taste or seven taste different,"one side with GUI"to explain the note of the person reference, thousands of gold"as ginseng"explanation sun Simiao another according to him;Fang"true Zhu"do not know what?What is the shooting disregard of"more in the air"and the"more shooting disregard..."? Based on all the above questions, this paper takes"golden Chamber proofreading"as the clue, compared with the advantages and disadvantages of each version,examines the composition of the drug in the red pills prescription, clarifies the origin of the drug of the real Zhu, explores the possible relationship between the red pills prescription and the Shintan, and provides documentary support for the safety application of the red pills prescription.
