摘　　要：关联数据等数字人文技术的发展为非物质文化遗产数字化建设带来了新契机,为非遗保护从“数字化”向“数据化”“智慧化”方向发展提供了新思路。基于数字人文技术设计了非遗知识库技术架构和功能,并以国外开源的藏品内容管理系统Omeka S为基础,以甘肃省国家级非遗为例,尝试构建甘肃省非物质文化遗产知识库。相较于传统的知识组织方式,关联数据等数字人文技术可以让非遗知识的组织、管理与展示更加立体化、多样化。The development of digital humanities technology,such as linked data,has brought a new opportunity for the digitization of intangible cultural heritage(ICH),and provided a new idea for the development of ICH protection from"digitization"to"datamation"and"intelligentization".Based on digital humanities technology,the technical structure and function of ICH knowledge base are designed.Based on Omeka S,a cultural organization collection content management system,Gansu Province ICH Knowledge Base is constructed.Compared with traditional knowledge organization methods,digital humanities technologies such as linked data can make the organization,management,and display of ICH knowledge more comprehensive and diversified.
