摘  要:为解决铵油炸药输送计量系统的计量精度不准的问题,以BCLH-15型铵油炸药现场混装车为例,介绍了输送系统的基本结构和工作原理,对影响输送系统计量精度的主要因素进行分析。提出选择合适的硝酸铵颗粒和储存条件,对螺旋输送系统结构进行合理的设计,主螺旋叶片外缘加装非金属耐磨材料,对角蓬结构进行合理设计,选择合适的主螺旋转速,控制系统和液压系统均采用模糊-PID混合智能控制系统,定期对系统进行维护保养及标定,并进行了实际应用,取得了良好效果,可为铵油炸药混装车的设计及其他类似螺旋计量系统的设计提供参考。In order to solve the problem of inaccurate metering accuracy of ammonium oil explosive transportation metering system, taking BCLH-15 ammonium oil explosive field mixing loading truck as the example, the paper introduced the basic structure and the working principle of the transportation system, and analyzed the main factors influencing the metering accuracy of the transportation system. In addition, it was proposed to select suitable ammonium nitrate particles and storage conditions, design the structure of the screw conveying system reasonably, coat non-metallic wear-resistant material onto the edge of main screw blade, design the structure of the canopy reasonably, determine suitable velocity of the main screw, apply fuzzy-PID hybrid intelligent control system to both the control system and the hydraulic system, maintain and calibrate the transportation system periodically, then the engineering practice was carried out, and excellent effects were achieved. It could offer reference for the design of the ammonium oil explosive mixed loading truck and other similar screw metering system.
