摘  要:以交流电传动矿车为研究对象,分别建立了单斗-矿车工艺系统中矿车和电铲生产率的计算公式,提出一种新的矿车作业周期计算方法。在该方法中,考虑矿车待装时间并建立了其计算公式,并利用电铲和矿车性能参数分别计算了作业循环时间中的装料时间、矿车满载运输时间和空载折返时间;给出勺容比和车铲比的推荐公式,定量分析了勺容比、车铲比和矿车等待装料时间对生产率的影响。最后开发出软件程序,它能在满足矿山生产目标前提下,方便快速地输出多种可供比较的单斗-矿车工艺系统设备选型配套方案。Taking the AC electric-drive haul truck as the studying object,the paper established the calculation formula for the productivity of the truck and the electric shovel of the shovel-truck system,and proposed a new calculation method for the cycle time of the truck.In the method,the waiting time of the truck was considered and its calculation formula was built,and the performance parameters of the electric shovel and the truck were applied to calculate the loading time,hauling time and no-load return time of the cycle time;the recommended formulas of the number of the bucket until full of a truck and the number ratio of the truck to the shovel were offered,and the influence of the number of the bucket until full of a truck,the number ratio of the truck to the shovel and the truck waiting time on the productivity were quantitatively analyzed.Finally,the software was developed which rapidly output various comparative equipment sizing and matching schemes for the shovel-truck system.
