摘  要:由于液压调绳离合器中拨动环与移动毂之间的转动配合及润滑方式不合理,常引起油液泄漏,影响制动效果;环境恶劣或润滑不充分时,局部易干枯发生胶合事故。针对以上问题,将拨动环与移动毂之间的滑动面摩擦转动配合方式改为双滚珠滚动摩擦,减少了接触摩擦面积,增加了润滑空间;增设专用润滑脂储存及输送通道,改善其工作条件。经模拟分析及实践应用表明,液压调绳离合器的改进效果良好。Due to the unreasonable rotation fitness and lubrication mode between the toggle ring and the moving hub in the hydraulic rope adjusting clutch,the oil leakage frequency occurred,so as to affect the braking effects;in the case of severe surroundings and poor lubrication,local drying easily leads to scuffing.In view of above problems,the rotation fitness of sliding friction between the toggle ring and the moving hub was altered to rolling friction of dual balls,so as to reduce the contact friction area and increase the lubrication area;special grease storage and conveyance channel was set up to improve the working conditions.Simulation analysis and practical application showed the excellent improvement effects of the hydraulic rope adjusting clutch.
