摘 要:根据旋回破碎机大型偏心轴套特点,制定机加工工艺成本评估标准,针对该类型零件刚性差易变形、斜偏心内孔加工困难及加工效率低等问题,策划高效的加工工艺方案。利用工件自身加工余量,在工件外圆和端部保留适当的工艺环用于装卡,有效改善车镗加工时找正、定位和微调等难题,实现了"以车代镗";并针对偏心量与斜度提出一种快捷的测量方式,有效控制内孔的加工精度。该工艺方案应用于实际生产中,达到了降本增效的目的。According to the characteristics of the large eccentric sleeve of the gyratory crusher,a set of evaluation criteria for machining process cost was formulated.In view of the problems of the similar part such as poor rigidity,easy deformation,difficulty in machining oblique eccentric hole and low machining efficiency,a set of efficient machining process was worked out.It was proposed to apply the machining allowance of the workpiece to remain suitable technical ring at the outer circle and the end of the workpiece for clamping,so as to avoid the alignment,positioning and fine adjustment in boring procedure and realize the replacement of boring with turning.In addition,a rapid measurement method for the eccentricity and obliquity was offered,thus the machining precision of the hole was effectively managed.The machining process had been applied to production,thus the cost reduced and the efficiency enhanced.
