摘 要:针对风机风量调整机液伺服系统装机前性能检测的问题,设计了一种高速旋转机液伺服液压缸试验台。试验台设计了双头导壳结构及试验缸与加载缸双轴向配油机构,以实现加载缸与试验缸同步高速旋转中的加载试验。运用ANSYS Workbench软件对机液伺服液压缸高速旋转试验台进行模态分析,给出了试验台前6阶固有频率与振型。仿真分析结果显示,试验台的强度符合要求,试验台所受激励频率远小于其1阶固有频率,不会产生共振。该研究实现了对高速旋转机液伺服液压缸试验台的结构设计及力学性能分析,为高速旋转液压缸试验台的搭建奠定了基础。In view of the problems about performance inspection of the mechanical-hydraulic servo system for control of fan air volume,a set of test bench for the high-speed rotary mechanical-hydraulic servo cylinder was designed.In the test bench,dual-head guiding shell and two-axis oil distribution mechanism for testing cylinder and loading cylinder were designed,thus the loading test of high-speed synchronous rotation of the loading cylinder and the testing cylinder was carried out.ANSYS Workbench was applied to conduct modal analysis on the test bench for high-speed rotary mechanical-hydraulic servo cylinder,and natural frequency and vibration mode of preceding six orders of the test bench were obtained.Simulation analysis results showed the strength of the test bench met the requirements,and the exciting frequency of the test bench was far less than the natural frequency of the first order,so there was no resonance occurred.The research realized the structural design and the mechanical performance analysis on the test bench for the high-speed rotary mechanical-hydraulic servo cylinder,and laid the foundation for the construction of the test bench for the high-speed rotary cylinder.
