摘 要:润滑油泵是煤矿井下乳化液泵油液润滑冷却系统的核心部件之一,其使用可靠性直接影响乳化液泵减速机构的寿命。针对进口KAMAT乳化液泵用润滑油泵国产化选配不能灵活调压,出现的油压过高或过低、油温无法热平衡问题,改进研制一种带调压阀结构的连续可调压式润滑油泵,介绍了其结构原理,结合实际应用情况,表明该改进型的润滑油泵能灵活满足KAMAT泵站不同流量、不同压力等级下减速器润滑系统的油温油压使用要求,解决了其作为关键备件之一的国产化替代问题。The lubricating oil pump is the core component of the oil lubrication and cooling system for the emulsion pump in underground colliery,and its reliability directly affects the life of the reducer of the emulsion pump.Due to the inflexible pressure control while domestic lubricating oil pump matching the imported KAMAT emulsion pump,such problems as over-low or over-high oil pressure as well as failure of heat balance of oil temperature occurred,therefore a kind of pressure continuously controlling lubricating oil pump with pressure-controlling valve was developed.After the introduction of its structure and principle as well as in combination with actual application,it was showed that the improved lubricating oil pump met the requirements of oil temperature and oil pressure of the reducer lubrication system at various flow and various pressure of KAMAT pump station.The lubrication oil pump realized the localization as one of the key components.
