摘 要:通过模拟盆栽条件,研究了盐肤木在不同浓度Pb^2+、Cd^2+、Cr^6+胁迫下的种子发芽率、发芽时间、苗期生长指标,及其盐肤木对不同浓度的3种重金属的富集作用情况。结果表明,盐肤木种子发芽率随重金属浓度增大而降低;发芽所需时间也随重金属浓度增大而加长;盐肤木对3种重金属的耐受浓度是Pb^2+>Cd^2+>Cr^6+;在土壤含铅量低于800 mg/kg时,盐肤木对Pb^2+的富集能力非常强,且富集量随土壤含铅量的增高而增大;在土壤含重金属浓度低于100 mg/kg时,盐肤木对重金属镉和铬也有较强的富集能力,并随土壤重金属含量的增高而富集量增大;盐肤木的地上器官—茎对重金属铬的富集系数高达2.06~3.52,说明盐肤木属于重金属铬的超富集植物。Under the stress of Pb^2+,Cd^2+and Cr^6+,the seed germination rate,germination time,seedling growth index and the accumulation of three heavy metals in different concentrations were studied.The results showed that the seed germination rate of Rhus chinensis decreased with the increase of heavy metal concentration.The time required for germination also increased with the increase of heavy metal concentration in the soil.The tolerance to the three heavy metals is Pb^2+>Cd^2+>Cr^6+.When the soil Pb^2+content was lower than 800 mg/kg,the Pb^2+accumulation ability of Rhus chinensis was very strong,and the enrichment increased with the increase of soil Pb^2+content.When the concentration of heavy metals in the soil is less than 100 mg/kg,both Cd^2+and Cr^6+can be accumulated by Rhus chinensis.In the range of 0-100mg/kg,the enrichment increased with the increase of soil heavy metal content.The enrichment coefficient of heavy metal Cr^6+in the above-ground organ stem of Rhus chinensis was as high as 2.06-3.52,indicating that Rhus chinensis belongs to the hyperaccumulator plant of heavy metal chromium.
