摘 要:气缸是工业自动化系统中非常重要的执行元件,如今轻量化、高可靠性是其主要发展方向。针对气缸可靠性试验中出现的气缸失效问题,研究了两端铰接固定工况下气缸的弯曲振动问题。通过建立气缸的动力学方程,得到气缸关键部位的接触力变化曲线,并在ADAMS中建立模型进行验证。通过灵敏度分析建立气缸内部接触力与各影响因素之间的定量关系。研究结果为减小气缸内部的接触力,提高气缸的可靠性提供了理论依据。As a very important actuator in industrial automation systems,cylinders are now lightweight and high reliability is the main development direction of cylinders.The problem of the bending vibration of the cylinder under the fixed working condition of the two ends is studied because of the cylinder failure problem in the cylinder reliability test.By establishing the dynamic equation of the cylinder,the contact force variation curve of the key part of the cylinder is obtained,and the model is established in ADAMS for verification.Through the sensitivity analysis,the quantitative relationship between the internal contact force of the cylinder and various influencing factors is established.The research results provide a theoretical basis for reducing the contact force inside the cylinder and improving the reliability of the cylinder.
