摘  要:针对矿用自卸车转向液压系统能量损耗偏高、发热较严重的现象,提出利用负载敏感变量泵取代普通泵的方案。根据系统负载来调节转向泵出口的流量,使泵的流量在车辆直线行驶或怠速状态下维持很小的状态,并在极限转角位置时泵处于小流量低压卸荷状态,从而降低系统的能耗损失。建立转向系统的AMESim模型对其进行研究,数据表明:采用改进后的负载敏感变量转向系统在车辆直线行驶或怠速工况时可有效减少90%以上的能量损失。Specific to the phenomenon that the hydraulic steering system of mining dump trucks has high energy consumption and severe heating problems,it proposes replacing ordinary pumps with load-sensitive variable pumps.The flow at the outlet of steering pumps can be adjusted in line with the system load.In this way,the flow of pumps stays small when the trucks drive straight or in an idle state.Besides,the pumps are in a state of small flow,low pressure and unloading.Thus,the energy consumption of the system is reduced.In addition,it builds and studies an AMESim model of the steering system.According to the research data,with the improved load-sensitive variable steering system,the energy consumption can be effectively reduced by over 90%in case of straight running or idle state.
