摘 要:针对指甲钳体外观缺陷人工检测方式存在生产效率低、劳动强度大、人身健康危害大等问题,应用RTIZ理论,提出了一种以可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)控制技术为核心的指甲钳体外观缺陷检测系统。该系统以机器视觉技术实现指甲钳体外观缺陷采集和判断。根据生产工艺流程,并从可靠性和经济性综合分析,设计了以振动盘为主体的指甲钳体供应机构,提出了基于步进电机和直线高速模组的摄像头高速移动机构,以及基于气缸驱动技术的钳体移动方案。实际应用表明,该系统在提升产能、改善品质、降低人力成本、减少人身健康危害等方面比人工检测方式具有明显优势,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,市场应用前景广阔。Focus on the problems of the nail clipper body appearance quality manual detection,such as low production efficiency,high labor intensity,and great health hazards,etc.Applied RTIZ theory,this paper proposes a detection system of nail clipper body appearance defect based on programmable logic controller(PLC)control technology.The system uses machine vision technology to achieve the collection and judgment of the appearance defects of nail clippers.According to the production process,and from the comprehensive analysis of reliability and economy,this paper designs a supply mechanism of nail clipper body with vibrating plate as the main body,proposes a high-speed moving mechanism of camera,which bases on stepping motor and linear high-speed module,and proposes a cylinder-driven caliper movement scheme.Practical application shows that the system has obvious advantages over traditional manual detection,such as improves production capacity and quality,reduces labor costs and personal health hazards,etc.The system has good economic and social benefits,and broad market application prospects.
