摘  要:针对机械弹簧疲劳、断裂、塑性变形等导致溢流阀工作性能降低的问题,提出一种基于斥力的永磁弹簧先导式溢流阀导阀结构。利用CFD对先导阀进行流场仿真分析,利用AMESim对传统机械弹簧先导式溢流阀和永磁弹簧先导式溢流阀进行特性仿真,得到不同系统压力时的阶跃压力响应曲线和稳态压力-流量特性曲线。对机械弹簧先导式溢流阀和永磁弹簧先导式溢流阀进行稳态压力-流量特性试验。分析结果表明:永磁弹簧先导阀结构设计合理;相较于机械弹簧先导式溢流阀,其动态性能更好,定压精度更好。In view of the problems of mechanical spring fatigue,fracture,plastic deformation and so on,which lead to the reduction of the working performance of the relief valve,a kind of guide valve structure of permanent magnet spring pilot relief valve based on repulsion force is proposed.CFD software is used to simulate the flow field of the pilot valve.AMESim software is used to simulate the characteristics of mechanical spring pilot relief valve and permanent magnet spring pilot relief valve,and the step pressure response curve and steady-state pressure flow characteristic curve under different system pressures are obtained.The steady-state pressure flow and differential pressure flow characteristics of mechanical spring pilot relief valve and permanent magnet spring pilot relief valve were tested.The results show that the structure of the pilot valve is reasonable,and the response speed and the constant pressure precision of the pilot valve are faster than those of the mechanical spring.
