摘 要:基于某产品减速器出厂交验的要求,设计开发全液压磨合试验台。该减速器具有双轴同步高速输入、单轴低速输出且传动功率大等特点,在传统机械磨合方法不易实现的情况下,设计上采用变量泵驱动2个同规格高速马达输入和选用低速大扭矩液压马达代替液压泵对输出轴加载的方案,解决了减速器双轴输入同步性和单轴低速大扭矩输出模拟加载的难题。通过产品出厂交验运行证明,该全液压磨合试验台完全符合产品的使用要求。Based on requirements by ATP for reducer used on our product,this all-hydraulic running-in test bench is designed and developed.The reducer features biaxially synchronized high-speed-input,uniaxial low-speed-output and great transmission power.Conventionally,mechanical running-in method was adopted but proved difficult for this purpose,so a new solution is employed in our design,i.e.two identical high-speed motor driven by a variable displacement pump serving as input while applying load on output axial by low-speed high-torque hydraulic motor instead of hydraulic pump.This solution resolves the problem of reducer's biaxial input synchronization and uniaxial low-speed high-torque output load simulation.On the other hand,it fills the enterprise's gap in this technology.The running practice during delivery of our products has proved that the all-hydraulic running-in test bench completely conforms to the operational requirements of the product.
