摘 要:为了降低弦线转子泵的流量脉动率和转子径向力,提出了一种具有两对转子的双啮合弦线转子泵。阐述了双啮合弦线转子泵的工作原理,推导出了瞬时流量表达式,分析了两转子间差动角对双啮合弦线转子泵流量脉动率的影响,得出了当差动角α=π/2z时,双啮合弦线转子泵的流量脉动率为0,消除了流量脉动引起的噪声与振动。同时利用ANSYS对转子受力进行了仿真分析,当差动角α=π/2z时,转子径向力的突变值降低了47.6%,转子弯曲应力降低了21.3%,降低了因转子径向力突变引起的振动。To reduce the flow pulsation rate and rotor radial force of the string rotor pump,a double meshing string rotor pump with two pairs of rotors is proposed.The working principle of the double meshing string rotor pump is explained,and the instantaneous flow expression is derived.By analyzing the influence of differential angle between the two rotors on the flow pulsation rate of the double meshing string rotor pump,it is concluded that the flow pulsation rate of the double meshing string rotor pump is 0 when the differential angleα=π/2z,which eliminates the noise and vibration caused by flow pulsation.Furthermore,ANSYS is used to simulate the rotor stress,when the differential angleα=π/2z,the sudden change of the radial force of the rotor is reduced by 47.6%.The bending stress of the rotor is reduced by 21.3%,which reduces the vibration caused by the sudden change of the radial force of the rotor.
